PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK AND SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE. The program doesn't work. Not only do they not have any listed phone numbers (not even on whois), but after making contact they refuse to speak to you. And it takes them AT LEAST a day to respond by email, and if there's any complication, you're without your computer for a week or more because of how long it takes them to respond. DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM!!!!!! Pros: THAT I CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY Cons: A PROGRAM THAT WORKSREASONABLE SUPPORT INCLUDING A TELEPHONE NUMBER

It does work! Can trust it!. Do what it advertised, to be honest, the price is very resonable. I used it to burn a USB, then boot it, following the guide, it not recovers the old password, but remove the old password and I can set a new password.
